Roasted Delicata Squash with Browned Butter and Heidi's Raspberry Red Chile Jam

Roasted Delicata Squash with Browned Butter and Heidi's Raspberry Red Chile Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 Delicata Squash 

  • 2 tbs of unsalted butter 

  • 1 jar of Heidi's Raspberry Chile Jam 

Steps

Set the temperature of your oven to 400 degrees

Cut the squash lengthwise, core out seeds.

Place squash face down on sheet tray with small amount of oil on tray 

Place in oven about 35 min or until soft and browned 

When your squash is cooking in the oven, place the butter in a pan on medium heat.  Move constantly until amber brown color. Remove butter immediately and place in a small vessel and put to the side.

Now that your squash is roasted and your butter is browned, time to combine all the ingredients.

Pour browned butter over squash with a spoon and add about 2 tbs of Heidi's Raspberry Chile Jam. Mix together and enjoy!
