Our jam is made from only certified organic ingredients including: raspberries, sugar, ginger, red chile, lavender, natural fruit pectin and cane sugar.

How much is sugar is in your jam?
Our jam has only 7 grams per tablespoon which is actually about 1/3 the amount that other jams use. This ensures you are tasting the luscious flavor of the raspberries we work so hard to grow.
What is a serving size?
A serving size of our jam is one tablespoon.
Who makes the jam?
All of our jam is made in our own production facility, where Heidi cooks and packages along with a dedicated team. We do not co-pack our product. Love is put into every single jar.
Are there any health benefits to eating raspberries?
Red raspberries (Rubus Idaeus) are extremely rich in antioxidants. These juicy berries are packed with Vitamin C, fiber, manganese and pectin. They are also a good source of Vitamin A and B2, folate, selenium, iron, niacin, magnesium, potassium, copper, and essential oils. These vitamins and minerals promote healthy hair, skin, nails, bones and teeth. Significant amounts of the soluble fiber pectin may also help maintain healthy cholesterol levels. Raspberries also have high amounts of ketones, which are compounds known to alter the lipid metabolism and assist in weight management.
What is u-pick?
U-pick is a special time of year when we open up our farm to the public so you can pick your own raspberries. It's a fun, family friendly event where you can get a taste of the most delicious local raspberries you've ever picked!
When is u-pick open?
Raspberry season is generally from August through October, and we remain open until the first freeze of the year. For more specific information, check our homepage and events page throughout the year.
